Today we decided to add a little style to the 850 and began the painting the under components of the wagon.

As we speak the sway bars are setting up to dry, and come this weekend (hopefully) we will be painting up the sub frame, and the rear assembly.

So far i am pleased how the sway bars are turning out, we are painting them electric blue, with a light metal flake. lookin hot.

Are you going to make sway bars for production???? If so, I will buy them. Or strut braces?

 

Another company making volvo swaybars... hummm.

 

We have no intentions of making sway bars at this time. Sorry.

Bracing might come into plate through these winter months though.

 

What about a rear "strut" brace for the wagon? The one that goes in between the 3rd row seat belt mounts?

 

That is one of the many braces we are working on. it doesn't seem like there is much need for a brace there, but we will report back with the difference if there is one once we get a prototype installed.
