Volvo 850 Dash Pad Removal

I did not find any good photo instructions for removing the dash pad so I make some. Here they are:

Or if it is like any 850 here in Australia, undo the 2 screws on either side behind the side deforster then the dash pad just comes off because all the other screw points are brittle and broken :\
