Volvo 850 traks light

Have intermittent traks light come on. Causes ABS light to come on and speedometer and signal lights won't work. Any suggestions on fix? IS the electrical module bad? Or some other module.

Normally, no speedometer and abs light means ABS module is bad.

I believe the signal lights are a separate issue.
