I've seen both engines last a very long time. They'll last as long as you take care of it and it's received routine maintenance. 300k + miles.

i got 240 000kilometers on my turbo + engine, honestly except for all the electronics screwing up, the engine seems to still run strong on it, even after all these years and with the extreme climate (+30 to -30) of living in montreal.

Exactly.

The engine will go forever as long as you take care of it. I have 196K on my turbo engine and it still runs like new. The car was sitting for two weeks and it started right up when I started it this morning.

More then likely, the rest of the car will fall apart before the engine will.
