What do these go to?

Saw these on a car I just bought. Not sure what they go to. Anyone have an idea? Seems kinda odd they aren't connected.

Might be to the missing charcoal canister. Vent line from the tank and one to the throttle plate eventually. Car will run fine with a missing canister.

It does seem there's a mount there but I'm a car noob so I appreciate the help.

That is definitely where the carbon canister was, and that's definitely where those tubes went.
