What is this? One goes into the 13th fuse, Hazard/Headlamp Flasher (which work), and the other into the 34th, Horn/Front Wiper/Washer (horn doesn't work when pressing lock twice on the remote or when panic is on). They both go back into the firewall. Any help would be great?

I am glad to see that the wires are protected by in-line fuses. It looks like something was added -- radar detector??

 

Remove the panel under the dash on the driver's side to see where they go. What extra non-factory accesories are there installed on the car?

I don't method that was used to tap power.

 

Well when ever I fix the odometer and replace bulbs in the dash I will check. But there is no cell phone or radar detector currently hooked up. The previous owner may have removed it though when he got rid of the car.
