Default Will any 5x108 wheel with the right offset fit?

Looking to snag some 17" or 18" aftermarket rims for my 850T wagon. A lot of the wheel sites don't list Volvos, but do list wheels in a 5x108 bolt pattern (offsets ranging from et35 to et45). I think some of these are for Jaguars actually. Does anybody know? I just wanted something different than the usual Pegasus or Titan wheels. Thanks.

5 X 108 is the bolt pattern.. so yes, bu the offset is what you need to think about..

If it's 5 X 108 you should be good. The original offset for the 850 series '94 on and V70 was 43mm.
Depending on your tire choice you might need to look for a different offset or add spacers.

In theory, yes, they'll bolt up. But nobody said anything about center bore. Volvo 850 is 65.1, if the bore of the wheel is smaller, you'll have to get it bored out, if it's larger you'll need to run hubcentric rings. Yes the offset of the 850 was et43, but that's also et43 on a 16x6.5 wheel. As the wheel changes sizes the necessary et will also change.

And have you even looked at Volvo wheels? There's more than the ugly 5 spoke wheels. There's actually quite a large range. Or if you want something not Volvo, go to Tire Rack, they offer quite a few wheels in the correct size, however, they're cheap wheels.

Use this site:

Compare whatever wheel you want to your wheel and you can determine on your own if they will fit how you want them, what size spacers you'll need, how far they'll poke, the inset, etc.
