Default Windshield washer hoses routing...?

I realize this topic comes up quite often and I have read all the posts I can find, my rear tailgate washer and headlight washers do not squirt.. :-(

I have searched and found some possible solutions but so far, nada.....

I have confirmed the pump at the front lower passenger side is working, I can hear it run and the windshield washers work fine. I have blown compressed air through the rear and headlight washers in both directions in case there was some blockage, no workie...........there are no obvious leaks that I can see?

Couple of questions, can I confirm that all three washers work off the same pump and reservoir? Is there a schematic of the hose routing and locations of connections and T's etc? The front headlight washers and wipers activate at the same time as the rear so I assume the washer fluid lines are linked together?

It is hard to follow the lines because they disappear from site at numerous locations.....

I realize this is not the end of the world but this is driving me nuts... :-(

Wagons have two separate pumps with two separate switches to activate them.

Were you trying to get the rear washer to work while you were activating the windshield washers ??

For the rear washer there is a filter under the floor back by the spare tire and a check valve up by the washer nozzle (on mine) or by the passenger tail lights as I've seen on others. The washer line runs under the floor on pass. side and up the pass. side rear pillar next to the lights and up near the roof and then jumps over to the hatch.

Thanks Frog.........

Turns out, after tracing the lines/connections from the front to rear, (should have started at the rear)....

Right where the water line reaches the rear spray nozzle there is a 90* pressure relief valve, (will post a pic later) this was not functioning correctly, could not find one local so put in a straight 90* connector and all is well.....

There was no filter anywhere in my water line to the rear, and nowhere to place one if one had been there at an earlier time...

PS. Headlights washers still don't spray, but I can live with that....

They come with a filter but maybe someone replaced the line and left it out ????

My check valve was like this one at the nozzle.

Yup, same 90* as mine...........just replaced it with a straight 90* fitting....

There does not appear to be any inline filter nor does it look like there ever was one....

Site is being a PITA, can't attach pics, will try later....

I have a different but related question. Our washers are fairly feeble and we are told the pump is fine but that there is a leak somewhere in the lines to the front windshield. I haven't been able to find anything that describes the routing and I would like to be able to trace and find this leak. The tech said the hoses can't be patched and should be replaced but I would have thought JB Weld would do the trick a) assuming it isn't anything too major and b) we can find the leak!

The rear pump is mounted next to the front pump and uses the same reservoir

Default Picture of my reservoir bottom.

I only see one pump embedded in the front reservoir. My rear window spray does not work and I have replaced the outlet jet with a working one but no success. So I ordered the rear pump but just can't find where it goes. Here is a picture of the bottom of the reservoir in the right front of the car: Thank you for the help!!!

Photo of the bottom of my washer reservoir.
Looks like only one pump is present.
