Default Your opinion on Spyder Headlights ??

What is everybody's opinion of these? I need to replace one headlight in order to pass inspection, so given the age of the vehicle, I'm going to replace the pair.

Should I get the OEM-style or are the Spyders reliable?

What year/model? If you have an 850, I wouldn't bother to replace the headlights directly with something that requires wiring etc. You risk putting something in that will draw more current and burning out old wires or switches/relays. As an alternative what you can do is replace the lenses with "e-code" to get new clear glass with a more targetted beam. You can also consider installing "white" bulbs like the 55w PIAAs without risking upping the current draw. You can find e-code lenses on FCP or EEUROPARTs - they are held on by a set of metal clips that pop off with a screw driver.

IMO, It depends on the color. The red doesn't look that great with them, but I think the yellow ones look awesome with them.
