2008 C30 AC Blower Not working

2008 C30 AC Blower Not working
Please I need help here. My 08 C30's AC or heater comes on but does not blow air. Am I looking at a failed Blower fan or something else. If blower fan, does anybody has location for the fan. I love to do things myself. This is one of 3 Volvos that I have in a line of over 7 Volvos in my History. Great cars.
