2009 C30 Winter Tire Advice
Hello, I'm brand new to this forum (any forums, actually) so I apologize in advance for stupidity. I live in western Mass and must be to work early, often before the roads are plowed. I want to buy winter tires for the C30 and am looking for advice as I have no clue. I'd like to get them next weekend (tax-free in Mass.) Any recommendations?
Thanks. |
blizzack studed tires always seem to do the trick

Thanks, Damien, I'll check them out.

I'm curious what tires you went with. I've used Blizzaks on many makes and find them good in snow/slush up here in Vermont. Studs are best on ice, but I don't like what they do to the roads. Also, did you use spare rims w/o or w/TPMS? I've got tires & rims, just not sure what to do about TPMS sensors. I didn't bother with them on my wife's Accord; just put black tape over the light. |

Last winter the tires worked perfectly, great traction, never let me down. Sensors didn't like them - I simply ignored the messages. Good luck with yours! |
