Hi people.
Im looking at getting a car for my lad of Copart. i have bought a few before so know the drill with them.
hes looking at a C30, i have never worked on one of these.
heres a picture of the damage

its being sold as a non structural damage so should just be bolt on bits.
the question is. does anyone know what the piece is hanging out next to the wheel?
washer pumps maybe?
any help is really appreciated.

It LOOKS like the plastic bumper reinforcement that sits behind the plastic skin. The part that absorbs the shock. I would be really careful with this care. Most likely it has subframe damage and also the front suspension arms which are already weak on these cars will need to be totally replaced. You just can't crush in that fender without taking out the wheel with it. Non-structural is open to debate. Just be aware that this care is damaged and not ready to be driven home as is, otherwise the owner would have just fixed it. Best wishes.
