So I was told my reverse light has been on whilst driving, also very recently cruise control has stopped working I'm thinking this is linked as maybe reverse light switch is sticking and needs replacing? Only problem is I don't know what I'm looking for, any ideas or photos where I can remove this switch

 

Is your car an automatic or a manual tranny? Either way, I'd say you're right about the switch.
