My Volvo C30 T5 from 2007 (bought it last year) has really stiff and low front suspension. It looks alright, but it's almost uncomfortably stiff at te the front, while going over bumps. Now, the mechanic from the garage said the front spring has three stripes on it. I'd like to know if this could be the front suspension of a standard C30 T5 from that year, or that this might be an aftermarket spring? Also, what could be good a solution in terms of suspension if I want the car lowered (front + rear), so that it's a bit lower than standard, but not too stiff?
