Attached is a video of it in action - sometimes it will start right away. If it sits for a long time it will crank right up. If I go inside for a few minutes and come back out it does this. Battery was tested and is fine. I have not had the starter checked, does it sound like the starter?

I have a 2013 T5 Auto and have the same issue, although not quite as exaggerated as I see in your video. I had a tech check it out and he stated that everything, battery, starter, etc was good to go. He believes it is the ignition switch but didn't recommend replacing it, until it dies completely. Mine appears to be more prevalent in warmer conditions. Thus far, I have not had to try a restart more than once and at this point, it is so infrequent that I am going to let it go, for now.
