Hello, I was helping a friend with some diagnostics of his car, and I noticed a lever in the engine bay. It is on the left/rear side of the engine, and you can pull the lever up and move a mechanism back and forth. I have never seen something like this before, and I joined this forum to find out what it is.
What does this lever do?
