looking for some advice, my late Dad left his 2008 C70 on his passing, it’s had all new shocks and new rear springs and rear drop links recently, brakes look new and I’ve chucked on a new battery, all seemed great

unfortunately when it came to the day to take it for MOT (in the UK) the dash display has stopped working and the electric drivers seat no longer works. Guessing I need to get a fault code reader?

in the meantime are there any things I could check?

any code readers that are recommended?
