2004 C70 Driver's Power Window Won't Work

2004 C70 Driver's Power Window Won't Work
The driver's window will not go up or down with the individual power switch. I can use the master switch to put all the windows up or down (including the driver's window). The other 3 windows work fine. the chime also continuously sounds.
I replace the master switch but I still have the same problem.
Any Ideas on how to fix?
