2004 c70 engine transplant

I wrecked my 2004 c70 convertible t5.
Can i swap the complete cradle assembly into a late s70, and will it be a straight plug and play?

A 2004 subframe with engine and transmission into a 98-2000 s70?

What year s70? the c70 will have totally different electronics/wiring harnesses etc.

A 1998 s70 still has a distributor cap! 99-2000 use the Magnetti Maerelli (sp) throttle housing. So - no it will not be plug and play.
