2004 C70 road noise or worse?

2004 C70 road noise or worse?
I have a new (to me) '04 C70. Driving it around, it feels like there is a light "grinding" noise coming from the front and maybe just the front right. I cant tell if this is just road noise that Im not used to with low aspect ratio tires, or could there be a bearing going bad?
