the roof is down, and the trunk is open, the button to mechanically raise the 'stacked' roof was pressed to allow access to the trunk, when you
push the button to lower the roof back into the trunk so you can close the trunk lid, it won't lower, so I can't drive and can't close the trunk.

none of the standard issues seem to be the cause, the trunk divider is closed and the latches are both making contact. it just won't lower the roof back into the trunk.

help - if anyone knows any tricks, or a manual way or a reset? Volvo
has no idea, and they want to just come and tow it...
