99 C70 Turning Radius
Hey guys quick question,
Is the turning radius on this model absolutely horrendous? I feel like it's specifically my car but I don't know any one else with this car to compare with. To put it in rough terms, I can almost never make a u-turn within the full width of a street and I have to make exaggerated arcs in order to get into a parking spot. Also whenever I turn my wheel all the way I hear this sound like I'm stretching something. I'm sure it can't be good. Does anyone have any ideas/thoughts?
Appreciate the help.

Yes the turning radius is horrible, just like on my S60. The sound you hear on full lock turns is the inside of the tire rubbing on the fender liner. Probably wont hurt anything but it sounds horrible.
its not just you. My wife has a 99 C70 and it really is that bad. I drive a Tahoe and anytime I drive my wife's car it makes the Tahoe feel like a mini cooper. If she is ever in the passengers seat she is always saying "turn it wide!" But the C70 is still a very sporty and stylish car.
