There are a few companies that can tune your ecu for more power... There's

The short answer is YES.

1. How much power do you want to gain and get total?

2. What model C70 do you have? Meaning what engine?

3. Your budget good start. Now in reality if you buy brand new parts and buy them from the various companies out there in the aftermarket world for Volvo... Your money will disappear quickly.

Examples... Downpipes premade from the various companies range from around $600-$1200, Catbacks premade from the various companies range from like $400-$1000, Tuning (ECU tunes) from the various companies range from like $600-$1000 as well.

Going to a local shop that can mandrel bend pipe for your downpipe and catback will be a better option and should cost a lot less. I also know OBX sells a system on EBAY that might fit your ride and it comes with a downpipe and catback for like $400 something I think.

Best ECU tuners are IPD USA and RICA. Expensive but worth it. SpeedTuning USA, Inmotion and Upsolute are three lower tier ECU tuners that cost significanlty less $300-$400 range, but the tunes are less quality and may make you run RICH.

FYI... If you want to mod your car do STAGE ZERO first. This will get your car ready to take on the added stress. Then do the downpipe, catback, intake if you want to and then lastly an ECU upgrade. Doing the ECU last will take into account all the mods before it and gain you the most power from the ECU and the other parts you installed.

I know on some other Volvo based forums people have this setup and like it a lot. Personally I'd find a local muffler shop that can mandrel bend to make the downpipe and catback system.
