Default body kit

hi guys.....after having my pride and joy written off 5 weeks ago by some old git i have now purchased a 1999 volvo c70 convertable to have some fun in.
the trouble i have is that it looks too plain, so i am having the windows blacked out on friday and i was also hoping to get some sort of body kit on it , anyone know where i can get one please
there are lots of mark two body kits but nothing for the mark one....would the mark two fit the mark one???
i have no idea as i have never had a volvo before but i so want to pimp her ( violet ) up.
thanks naughtynursie xxxx

The best thing I can suggest is go to a Sports Car tuning shop and let them see what they can find....I did the same thing for my coupe and no luck.

Good Luck NN!!

I don't know of any that are "mass-produced" specifically for the C-70.
But there was a lot of talk a few years back about a "kit" that a guy made. It started as a "one-off" project. But he did make forms- and then subsequently sold them to someone else. And I've not seen or heard anything about them(it) since.
I think it's an awesome looking car.

Welcome to the forum.

I would highly suggest waiting more then a day for a response. While there are a lot of members here were not always on the forum all the time. Please be patient.

- You could add a V70R front bumper from the 1998 model year. VivaPerformance.com sells them you can also get them from the dealership.

- Could luck finding that kit in the third post. If you do I have no doubt it will cost you mega bucks and importing fees to get it.

- Realcar.se
these guys have a kit for you as well. It is mega ugly though.

Ya know, change the mesh on that kit to something that doesn't look like they stole the neighbor's screen door and it wouldn't look bad.

That pink font looks stupid. I think almost every body kit looks ugly, stick with lowering it, then lips, exhaust, and maybe trunk spoiler.

seeing that last picture in my body color i just gotta say eeeewwwwww! i'm not against body kits, i like them if they compliment the body lines and have modified them before to flow more evenly but that front is beyond hope in my opinion. it looks like a mutation between a drift, combat and r-33 kit with no flow at all between the body kit parts
i think I'd rather just stick with stock bodied and laying rockers than that if i decide to go that far

Guys your trying to modify a car that really isn't that moddable. Sorry to say it but Volvo's while they can be modified and modified heavily from aftermarket parts styling just isn't one of them. Go with what there is or go without. Or go custom and spend
$3k plus on the moulds and then the cost to actually make the parts.
