OK, I give...I've tried the search and everthing else, but I can not figure out how to get the wire replaced in the header portion. It is fastened inside the header Plate/bar in the middle. Obviously, I'm missing something here and I know these visors break all the time.
Has anyone done this job that could provide a quick step-by-step? It would be greatly appreciated.

If you're talking about the sun visor that has your vanity in it, you have to pull the pillar loose on the side you're replacing. The wire is very long and plugs in near the base of the windshield. Sometimes I'm able to get the plug up so that I can reach it to unplug it, sometimes it hug up down there and below the dash. If you can't reach it, un-do the car battery negative post before you cut the wires to splice it in.
