Default convertible top replacement

Guess what I'm getting for Christmas?
This is an update to a post I made a couple of weeks ago. I went from the seal around the window being a little buckledto the window falling out, within a month or so.

You can have the window glued back in place, but three trim shops consider this option to be for:
A- Starving college students.
B- Someone who wants to dump the car ASAP.
I realize they would really like to sell a new top, but it is a fact that all the old glue cannot be removed and that new glue sticking to old is going to be a temporary fix at best. The car looks and runs good, so I plan on keeping it.

Dealer quote for new top and headliner, $4000
Getting to tell them BAH HUMBUG, priceless.

Robbins Auto Tops now manufactures the C70 top. It's made from the same Harttz material, glass/defrost window, etc.
Quote from the local trim shop,
Top $1150.
Headliner $390
Labor 12 hrs.
Looking at about $2400.

Add my timing belt and cam seals which I will let the dealer do, and I'm having a car Christmas to the tune of $3900.
