I have been trying for a couple of months to find a set of C70 Jewel Headlights. I have found a passenger side unit but no one seems to have the driver's side.

I would really appreciate any leads or suggestions.

three options - go used. Try eBay or car-part.com to search yards and auctions
- Go aftermarket - Try eBay and Volvo friendly web stores
- Go OEM - shop a Volvo dealer store.

I usually start with option 3 to see what the OEM part number is and the best genuine Volvo part price is, then you can try aftermarket stores. Going used is not a bad option if you are looking to replace a broken bucket etc. You didn't mention what year and why you want to replace the current lights.

I have tried all of those. Just off the phone with Volvo dealer and they are discontinued and the part number is no longer valid.

I'm updating the look of my 1998 V70R, only 128k and in mint condition.

Anyone have a line on these please?

 

what the dealer is saying is Volvo is no longer sourcing the part but aftermarket suppliers and recycle yards can use the OEM part to find compatible replacements
