My 2001 C70 soft top has a strange issue- the driver window won't go down using the switch, but it WILL go down when the top is put down- and it will go up when the top goes up and when the switch for all the windows is pressed. The driver window switch has been replaced.

Additionally, the warning chime for the top dings until all four windows are raised- is this normal?
