Default C70 window problem

Hi,
I was hoping you guys here could help me out with my problem. I just bought a new to me 2001 C70 convertbile 2.3. it has 68000 miles on it, and just this morning my passenger side window would not go down. I tried using the button the driver side, i tried the one on the passenger side, i tried the "all 4 windows" down button, the convertible button... NONE of them would move the passenger side window. The fuse is fine. What shoudl be my next step?

the window does not move AT ALL. it is stuck in the fully up position (luckily). it makes no noise, nothing. no matter which window button i use, the window will not go down or up. where is the control switch located?
