is the flasher relay the same for all of the cars ie 98,99,00

can someone please explain to me how to replace the flasher.....i hear its not as easy as an american car......

I believe it is the hazard switch it should slide out.

The hazard switch should slide straight out.
It might be easier to remove the radio and push it out.

Yes it is. If the turn signals stop flashing try hitting the hazard switch a few times and see if they start working.

Im back.....so right now my turn signals dont flash and my hazards dont flash. what your saying is the relay for all of it is in my hazard under the radio.....im talking the relay flasher not the hazard button mechanism.....(and i pressed the hazard on and off..... )
