Default heated seat adjustment

Just read that the heated seat can have adjustments made making hotter at the dealer. Possible/thoughts. Ours is warm but would like hotter if possible!

Just received a call from the service department of Bobby Rahal Volvo in Pittsburgh. They say they can raise the temp in the heated seats 3* taking an hour of service time at $123 per hour.

will keep looking.

Looks like this has been discussed previously and it was concluded that the dealer could make a minor adjustment.

Well it is Sept 6th and I made my appointment at Byers Volvo in Columbus Ohio. This was the only dealer of five that had any idea of raising the heated seat temp. Originally said 1/2 hour of time. Tech said just a few minutes more as they were washing the car inside and out. Asked if I could pay the bill while I waited? The total charge for temp change to seats that thrilled my navigator and a great wash was——nothing- no charge -nada. Gave the two techs involved enough cash for a couple of beers after work. They were happy, I was happy. Searched out GM to tell him i’d Never been treated that well at any dealership. He was happy to hear that.

Ok bad news of the day, I snapped a cord in the hardtop mechanism. Dealership, Bodyshop or upholstery shop for repair??
