Hood is not opening...help!

Hello Brothers...my 2000 C70's hood is not popping open..at all. AND....my car needs a jump to start! Can anyone pass on some wisdom on this issue? Thanks in advance!

You may have a broken hood release cable or sticky latch.

Go to Youtube and you'll find some RobertDIY vids on how to open a stuck hood.
