i know close to nothing about cars, but my friend has a turbo gti that has a sexy spool sound and i can’t hear my turbo or engine at all. what can i do to hear my car better?

 

you can shop for an aftermarket cat back exhaust system - mostly it will make the car louder. You may also be able to find a performance downpipe / cat that will also add more airflow to change the throttle response - these can also change the tone. Finally, some people add an after market blowoff valve which will add noise when you let off the throttle. Personally I'd just leave as stock since the C70s are designed to be quiet.
