Hey, just wondering if anyone could help on locating my iac valve on my 99 c70 with the 2.3L turbo. Having no luck finding it.

 

Your 1999 c70 does not have a iac/idle motor/air valve whatever you want to call it. (1998 and earlier does)

Your 1999 has a drive by wire throttle module. That is the known to fail Magnetti Maretti (sp) throttle module used on the 1999-2001 (and some 2002 non turbo cars) . That module (is supposed to when working normally) controls the idle speed and all other throttle positions as needed. These folks and others offer repair services usually more affordable than a new unit - if needed.
