Default lock actuator
is there a place i can get an aftermarket lock actuator for my 99 c70?....the mechanic said the actuator is 125 dollars from the dealer is that about right?

Thats about right wait till you get the bill for the labor!!!! The entire window regulator assembly needs to come out to replace it.

Yes that sounds good. Going rate is about 3 to 3.5 hours labor.
