When driving the car today, I noticed that everything in the car is pulsing, every light, it can even be heard in the electric fan speed. The pulsing varies with rpm (about once a second to up to 5 or 6 times per second) and doesnt seem to go away no matter what I turn off or on including headlights.

I am fairly experienced working with these cars, but I'm really at a loss as to what could be causing this and was hoping that someone would have had a similar experience and could give some insight as to what this could be.

I had the entire electrical system tested at advance and everything came out perfect. I don't remember the exact numbers, but the alternator was right in the middle of the acceptable range, loaded and unloaded.
