And she decided to back over a tree branch and ripped off the front bumper cover. I cant seem to find any replacement plastic online. Does anyone have any idea where i can one? Any custom suggestions?

Another place is Volvo and Saab dismantlers (800-700-8658). I would try Erie first though (888-865-8613).

You talking about this:

It's called the frontair dam or skid plate. $72.00 brand new at fcpgroton.

If it's not too bad, I've been known to fix mine up with pop rivets and sheet metal and anything else I can figure out how to make a protective cover with. I would not drive without one though.

Call a junk yard and explain what you need. I would just call it the lower bumper cover. They should know what you mean. Make sure you tell them the exact year and model.

Is it just pulled away from the fenders and chassis, or is there actually ripping/splitting of the plastic? A similar thing happened to my daughter's VW Jetta, which had a front end that was low enough to snag on parking lot curb stones, etc. The one that did the most damage was when she pulled over a curbstone that had rebar coming up through it. She almost cleared going forward over the curb and rebar, but when the car was put into reverse it lowered at the front, and was hung up on the rebar.

The Jetta had a lower removable black plastic piece that was ripped, but was also easy to replace with a new piece that popped in. The bigger problem was the painted "bumper cover" that also got pulled away from the body in the process. I was able to unbolt this part, repair the "bolt surrounds" using epoxy, and then bolt it back onto the car. Your bumper cover may also be re-mountable, with a little work. If not, I agree that it would be best to go the junk yard route. The other issue will be getting it painted, if you can't find the right color.
