Anyone have access to a VIN decoder for a (2013) C70? I've looked online and tried some but most want $$ for a report that has any deep info in it. I'm just looking for the build sheet/window sticker/options load is all.

There isn't one online that has what you want. You need access to Volvo's TIE system or an active VIDA subscription.
