Visor Label Removal

Has anyone removed the visor warning label? Can be done on late model Volvos? Doesn't feel like a sticker.

I thinkit is permanently glued. It might also be against the law to remove it. I would just leave it alone.

I took it off in my 01, did leave behind a very distinct mark, definitely not worth it.
