Exclamation What is this? (PICTURES)

Ok, so I thought this may be my oil cooler, but from what I understand the oil cooler is actually attached somewhere around the oil pan. I haven't looked around the oil pan yet so I'm not sure what's there, but anyways what I pictured here is in the very front of my car. In front of the radiator, intercooler and the ac condenser. It almost looks like a miniature radiator or intercooler. Maybe an aftermarket oil cooler? or maybe trans cooler? As you can see its pretty banged up and have no idea how its not leaking, whatever it is. I really want to find out though because I would like to replace it. Oh, and this is a 98 c70 with the 2.3 turbo.

I saw a post where someone said the OIL cooler was connected to the oil pan...I'm pretty sure he meant the lines...I changed out my radiator and mine was part of a CONNECTION/Attachment. It was seperate but you have to get them in line.
