Default Window doesn't close when I close the door

I have a 2008 c70.
I had a dead battery when I returned from a trip recently.
I got some cables and jumped it. No problem.
Since I've gotten it running I've found that the driver's window and the passenger's window doesn't close after I close the door.
The window still opens slightly when I open either door, it just no longer closes when I close the door.
Any thoughts?
Thanks.

Hold both front window switches in the up position for about 15 seconds and that should do the trick. The key should be in the II position. I just did it to mine after dead battery.

Thanks for the post. Mine self-corrected after 4 or 5 days. I must have done the reset without even knowing it.

Im having a problem with my 2004. The driver's side window has a gap in it towards the top where the window meets the top. Once inside i can roll it down and back up and they meet properly. Is this a recalibrating issue. And if so can i recalibrate it myself? Driving me crazy in these rainy Tennessee winters, though it doesnt appear to leak. Any help would be appreciated

Try with the guy above said. I do believe it needs to be recalibrated.

I think what was posted above refers to the newer cars where the window drops about 1" each time you open/close the door. My problem is different. Was really hoping someone could point me to a DIY recalibrating technique

So just to try, i closed the door today putting moderate downward force on the handle....and whaddya know. The door lines up great. Does anyone know where i can buy door shims or should i just tighten the door to see if that works before i modify with shims?

Yes! This worked on my 2012 C70.
During a snowstorm, the driver side window froze shut. I had opened and closed the door a couple times and could hear the window trying to 'courtesy open' but it didn't move. After it thawed out, it would slightly go down when i opened the door but it wouldn't go fully up after closing the door. Holding both buttons up for 15 sec did the trick.
An easy fix after thinking I was going to have to take the door apart. Thanks!
