Default Windshield wiper refills

I have a 2004 C70 and the drivers side wiper seems to be coming apart a bit. They have always really worked well and I want to keep the wiper arm because it has that fin on it that replacements from the local parts store dont. Is there a refill that would fit this wiper? I went to Napa and Oreilys and they didn't carry any refills that would fit. Anyone have experience in this? Thanks

OK hope someone benefits from this info. I went to Auto zone and they had some Narrow Anco refills. They fit like a champ. The guy said those refills were like the typewriter and slowly disappearing since all manufacturers make their own custom refills so I bought a couple of sets

May I trouble you for the part number? I have tried several replacement blades and finally ended up purchasing the very expensive Bosch blades on the internet.
We have an S60 and a C70 and I find the wiper blades the weakest part of each car. Without the costly Bosch blades they skip and make a lot of noise.
Thanks.

The refills I got are the Anco N-21R I think the N is for Narrow. They fit perfectly into the OEM wiper frame. I could not find a wiper blade with the wind deflector on it as the OEM one has.
I did call the dealer and they said that they had the wiper kit for $30 or something for both sides so it wasnt that expensive. Autozone seemed to be the only retailer that carried that refill. Good luck

Many thanks. Local Autozone does not stock them. Note they are available at RockAuto.com for $1.94; however, the shipping charge is high, $7.53. Probably best to order a batch and get the shipping per blade cost down.
Again, thanks.

Actually I just found my receipt for those blades. I paid $6.99 so thats not such a bad deal. It comes out cheaper for me even if I order 4 sets from them and return the sets I have. I just ordered 5 sets. Thanks for the info

Glad things worked out. I've got a couple spare complete sets (blades), so I should be ok for a while. Thanks for the updates.
Best regards.

Good deal. I just got mine in the mail and returned my Autozone set and got $15. I got 5 sets from Rockauto for $1 more.

Thanks again for the info you provided. I picked up a pair of Anco N-21R refills (one internet site said they were 26" in length, it is actually 21") at a local (non-chain) parts store. Interestingly, my 2007 C70 has a 19" blade and a 26" blade. I cut the N-21R to length to fit the 19". Frustratingly, no one sell a N-26R any longer. Well, at least I saved a little. No search yet has located a narrow 26" refill.
Best regards.

Is N-26R wiper blade refills really phased out? I'm looking for it but I only got one result from ebay.. it seems odd.. I might as well opt for customizing it to fit..
