Won't start and ROPS/SRS light on
I drove the car 30 miles with no problems prior to parking in a store parking lot for 20 minutes. When trying to start the car the ignition key will only turn one position and the ROPS and SRS lights came on when trying to start, Since the key will only turn one position the car won't crank. All accessories seem to work properly ie windows radio etc. Is there a possible fix that I could do in the parking lot or am I destined for the Volvo dealer?
