23 XC60 Recharge Delivery Schedule

I ordered a 23 XC60 Recharge Core on September 24th and was told to expect a December delivery here in Ohio. The dealer said they had an allocation slot for a Core model available in September. Since I wanted a Core model (hard to find) in Bright Dusk color (also challenging to find), I placed a $2k deposit. The sales rep indicated they typically do not receive tracking information until the vehicle arrives at the port of Baltimore so I have not yet received an update. Having read an ongoing chip shortage forced a recent one-week closure of the factory, I am less optimistic about a delivery in December, which is unfortunate for my plan to spread a retirement cash withdrawal over two tax years. Anyone have updates on delivery schedules to dealers in the Midwest?
