Hello. I have imported a c40 from Japan to Europe and my local dealer claims that it does not have authorisation to change the region. As a result, i can't use volvo app and i think i also may have an issue with ota updates in the car. As per the attached reference from the official website, changing market is indeed an option. Did anyone had a similar experience? I also found out that warranty is not transferable from Japan to Europe
