Hi new to my xc60 recharge and this group. Love the car but hate the manual. Silly question, what indicates the engine is running?

not only the manual, but the APP is totally useless!!
It doesn't even show us how many electric milages and how many gas mileages we drove.

And the most part I hate is there is NO walk away automatic lock, and walk close auto unlock function!!!!!!!!

 

I have a 2022 xc60 recharge. When the engine kicks in the display in the dashboard changes. There is a line with a water drop mark (gas line), when your level exceeds that, it's using the engine. If your battery is empty, then that water drop line is in the middle ..so the level indicator will always be above the gas line. When in power mode, the whole display changes to a more traditional looking RPM gauge.
