Hi Mr. and Mrs. Volvos. I am new to the Volvo family. It has been 8,000 km on my 2006 T5 AWD now and I start to realize that when car running on iner city high-ways, when the engine running around 1,800 RPM, the car start to shake a bit and keep shaking until I step on the gas to raise the RPM. I took to the dealer they said it is nothing wrong with the car. I just wondering if anyone else have this problem. Should I worry about it? Thanks!

Welcome to the forum!
Mine does not seem to have exactly what you describe, mine engine seems smooth through that range, but I have noticed a pretty loudrattly sound vibration in the dashboard sort of like a speedometer cable rattling through that range of about 1600-2000 rpm if one slowly accelerates through that range or as you described travelat 1800 rpm; see if your does that as you very slowly accelerate through that range?? I amnot sure if these cars have a speedomoter "cable" anymore but that's what it sounds like to me.Maybe engine vibration is causin this, I'll check this out.
My car spends a lot of time around 1600-2000 rpm as it shifts up to 4 or 5th even at 40mph (5th there at 40mph) and only runs around 1800-which is neat saving gas and engine wear I guess.
