Checked both fuse box locations cannot find bad fuse for the 12v port/lighter, any suggestions

 

I think there is a fuse in the actual socket as well, or maybe it came disconnected. If you remove the rubber mat from the bottom of your coin tray, you should see 2 plastic clips you can press and you can (carefully!) pull that whole panel including the gearshift trim right off. Then you should be able to access the back of the 12v port.
