2000 s40 plastic trim
Hey folks,
Just got my first Volvo.
Unfortunately the piece of plastic trim along the bottom of the car on the driver's side is loose in front of the rear wheel.
Anybody had this happen to their car? How did you fix it?
I'm the 2nd owner of the wonderful car. The original owner went directly to the plant in Sweden and bought it there. It is a Metallic Blackberry? in color. So far so good. He took very good care of it and serviced it correctly.
Also some suggestions on a good set of tires. Smoothness with no hum.

The clip may have broken that holds the side skirt or, as my wife did, may have been curbed leaving a nice dent.[:-] You can easily remove the side skirt to see what is up.
I bought Michelins for my 2001 at about 50k miles. The car is up to 115k and the tires are near the end of their nice quiet life.
