I have read several threads but none exactly like my problem. I have replaced my end links, but still have a severe clunking type noise from the front end whenever there is a load on the vehicle. If I start from a stop, I will hear a loud clunk, and if I come to a stop, it will clunk also. Depending on speeds, it will do it sometimes driving down the road, and some while turning, but it is getting worse. Any ideas?

 

Sounds like a transmission issue, I think. I have the same issue with my car occasionally. I'll be driving around 30MPH around the neighborhood and I will hear a faint knocking.. It only does it around certain revs, if I had to guess around 2.5k. But the problem comes and goes. Definitely weird.

 

I had same problem turned out to be the top plates on the shocks.
